- Booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time
- No refunds will be provided for partially used services or no-shows; a 100% no-show fee may apply
- Entry to the Museum of the Future is free for children under 4 years of age
- Children under 4 must collect their free ticket directly from the museum ticket counter
- The service provider is not responsible if any attraction is unavailable due to technical issues or weather conditions
Transfers
- Transfers are available from centrally located areas in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted inside transfer vehicles
