- Kindly carry a valid photo ID or passport, as it may be required at the entrance.
- Shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences within Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.
- If your location is outside standard pick-up zones, our team will coordinate the most convenient option for you.
- Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Inside Global Village
- Food, shopping, souvenirs, and rides are available at an additional cost, so you can explore at your own pace.
- For children’s safety, wristbands provided at ticket booths or information kiosks must be worn at all times.
- Pets and animals are not permitted inside the venue.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- For everyone’s comfort and safety, wheeled devices such as roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and hoverboards are not permitted.
Dress Code & Entry
- Guests are required to wear respectful attire at all times (shoulders and knees must be covered).
- The last entry is permitted up to 30 minutes before closing time.
- Entry is free for children under 3 years and seniors aged 65 and above.
Transfer Guidelines
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside vehicles during transfers, in line with our terms and conditions.
Ramadan Timings
- Sunday to Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Thursday to Saturday: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
