Important Information

• Please arrive at Dubai Dolphinarium at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session.
• All visitors must pay AED 5 entry fee to Creek Park. Tourists can purchase tickets at the counter or kiosk, while UAE residents may use a NOL card or buy a ticket.
• Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Marina.
• Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and location.
• Children below 2 years can enter free of charge.
• For dolphin water activities, children must be at least 8 years old and confident swimmers.
• Pregnant women and guests with injuries are not permitted to participate in dolphin swimming activities.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside transfer vehicles.
• For time-slot bookings with transfers, guests are advised to arrange alternative transport if transfers are delayed to avoid missing the activity. Refund requests for transfer delays can be submitted later.
• Guests booking Majestic Swim or Meet & Greet experiences will receive a separate confirmation email. Please contact customer support if not received within 12 hours of booking.
• All activities are subject to availability. Alternative time slots may be offered if your preferred slot is unavailable.
• Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
