Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Date changes must be requested before 7:00 PM on the day before the booked visit. An operator fee of AED50 per ticket applies to an approved date change. Requests after that deadline cannot be processed; contact Vespera Tours in advance for assistance.
