At Vespera Tours, we understand that travel plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, amendments, and refunds for bookings made through us.

1. General Policy

  • All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing via email or through our customer service team.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Administrative or service charges may apply in addition to supplier (airline, hotel, transport, etc.) cancellation fees.

2. Tour Packages

  • More than 14 days before travel date: Full refund minus administrative charges.

  • 7–14 days before travel date: Up to 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund.

  • No-shows or late arrivals: No refund.

3. Flights & Hotels

  • Flight and hotel bookings are subject to the respective airline/hotel cancellation policies.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

  • Refund timelines depend on the supplier and may take 10–30 business days.

4. Visa Services

  • Visa application fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of approval or rejection.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and supplier approval.

  • Additional charges may apply for date changes, upgrades, or amendments.

6. Force Majeure Events

In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.):

  • Vespera Tours will make every effort to reschedule or provide travel credits.

  • Refunds will depend on supplier policies and may not be guaranteed.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days by Vespera Tours.

  • Depending on banks and payment gateways, the amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
