All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing via email or through our customer service team.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Administrative or service charges may apply in addition to supplier (airline, hotel, transport, etc.) cancellation fees.
2. Tour Packages

More than 14 days before travel date: Full refund minus administrative charges.

7–14 days before travel date: Up to 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund.

No-shows or late arrivals: No refund.
3. Flights & Hotels

Flight and hotel bookings are subject to the respective airline/hotel cancellation policies.

Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

Refund timelines depend on the supplier and may take 10–30 business days.
4. Visa Services

Visa application fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of approval or rejection.
5. Amendments & Rescheduling

Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Additional charges may apply for date changes, upgrades, or amendments.
6. Force Majeure Events
In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.):

Vespera Tours will make every effort to reschedule or provide travel credits.

Refunds will depend on supplier policies and may not be guaranteed.
7. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days by Vespera Tours.

Depending on banks and payment gateways, the amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
