3. Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment (partial or full, as specified).

  • Prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.

  • Any additional fees (such as visa charges, airport taxes, or service fees) will be communicated prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the package and service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • Refund eligibility will be subject to specific terms shared at the time of booking.

  • Vespera Tours reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from any refund.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.) are valid and up to date.

  • Provide accurate personal details during booking.

  • Comply with UAE laws, cultural norms, and guidelines during tours.

  • Vespera Tours shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to meet entry/exit requirements.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, and unforeseen events.

  • Vespera Tours is not responsible for any expenses or losses not covered by your insurance.

7. Liability

  • Vespera Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses beyond our reasonable control.

  • In no event shall Vespera Tours be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes & Force Majeure

  • Vespera Tours may alter itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), refunds or rescheduling will be handled based on provider policies.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on vesperatours.ae (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Vespera Tours.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
